AnyoneHost the 2027 Art Tour on site. Organize in person community meetups before Burning Nest.

Arts Community Co-Lead - Face to Face

Activities / responsibilities
Build, grow and support the wider Nest Art community - by organising at least two face to face events (probably London & Bristol) pre-Nest to bring the community together.
Organise and participate in the Nest Art Tour event.
Work with you co-lead on defining how Art Community works alongside Artist Support and Art Ops.
Support & deputise as required for your co-lead.
Why this role is important:
We want to build a year round community of Artists; people willing to gift their time to help Artists; and just people generally interested in Art. This community will encourage a pool of future Artists, provide opportunities for collaboration between Artists and encourage skill and resource sharing.
You'll be great at this if you
- You have some experience (or want to build it) in organising Events.
- You enjoy interacting with people, supporting them and encouraging them.
Time commitment
Before Nest
Participate in Art Circle Meetings (monthly, maybe more frequently as we get to crunch point)
Engage in the Nest Arts signal group
Organise & run two in person events
During Nest
Generally being supportive of Art including running the Art tour (a couple of hours of bimbling to different Art pieces)
After Nest
Review how community activities went.
