Help participants and organisers hear each other, all year round.
Activities / responsibilities
- Organise the yearly Town Hall.
- Pass questions between participants and organisers.
- Help new and returning burners understand how Nest works.
- Run a meet-up for first-time burners.
- Hold feedback sessions with participants during the event.
- Work with Comms and the Board to find out how participants are feeling.
- Pass themes and concerns back to the organising teams.

You hear what participants think and get it in front of the people who can change things.
You'll be great at this if you
- enjoy talking to all sorts of people and making them feel heard
- can host a meeting and keep it on track
- can pass on criticism fairly, without taking sides
- remember what your first burn was like
Time commitment

Pre event
Planning and running the Town Hall and the first-time burner meet-up, and keeping in touch with Comms and the Board.
During event
Running feedback sessions with participants, and listening out for what people are saying.
