Inclusion and carer tickets

Anyone

Inclusion tickets are £95 and given out by lottery, with no application. Carer tickets are £1 for people caring for another attendee.

Radical Inclusion matters to us, so Nest has kept tickets aside for people on low incomes since 2013. For 2027 there are 120 inclusion tickets, given out by lottery. You don't fill in an application or tell anyone about your finances.

Who inclusion tickets are for

  • People on a reduced income, underemployed or unemployed
  • Full-time students
  • People receiving benefits
  • Anyone else struggling financially. There's no single test, so it's your call

Before you enter. There are always more people who want an inclusion ticket than there are tickets. If you have savings that would cover a full-price ticket, or your low income is a lifestyle choice, please buy a full-price ticket and leave this one for someone who needs it. If you can pay a little less than full price, the "Subsidise me by £20" ticket is £220. One entry per person.

How the lottery works

  1. Enter the draw Entries open with general sale at 8:27pm on 5 November 2026 and close at 11:59pm on 3 December. Sign in to fyb.events and enter from the Burning Nest 2027 ticket page. There's no form to fill in.
  2. The draw We draw the 120 tickets at random on 7 December 2026.
  3. If you're drawn We email you a private link to buy your inclusion ticket for £95. It's yours alone and works for 30 days. Links that aren't used lapse.
  4. If you're not drawn We email you too. General sale stays open for months, so you can still buy a ticket, including the "Subsidise me by £20" ticket at £220.

Carer tickets

Carer tickets cost £1. They're for someone who will be caring for another attendee at Nest because of illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, where that person couldn't come without them. Paid or unpaid care both count.

They aren't for looking after your own children as part of family life, or for the everyday looking-out-for-each-other we expect from every camp. You can apply for one carer ticket per attendee. Carer tickets still need an application, which the inclusion team reviews.

What if I can't come after all?

Email the inclusion ticket team and we'll refund your ticket. If it's in the last few weeks before Nest, the refund may have to wait until after the event.

Do I need to apply or send evidence of my income?

No. There's no application and no proof. We trust you to decide whether you need one.

I had an inclusion ticket last year. Can I enter?

Please don't, so that more people get a turn. We don't check: it's on trust. You can enter again the year after.

I'm travelling from outside the UK. Can I enter?

Please don't. If you can cover the extra travel, we'd ask you to buy a full-price ticket.

Will volunteering or bringing art help my chances?

No. The draw is random, so they don't count for or against you.

How will I know if I've been drawn?

Everyone who entered gets an email after the draw on 7 December saying whether they were drawn. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
