The best bit about this role
Your work means people with access needs can come to Nest knowing what to expect, and find the support they need when they get there.
You'll be great at this if you
understand disability and access needs, from your own life or from supporting others
are comfortable talking with people about what they need, kindly and in confidence
can be honest about what's possible and help people plan around it
like turning lots of practical details into a plan
