Look after parents, carers and young people coming to Nest.
Activities / responsibilities
- Introduce yourself to families with tickets before the event, and share the information they need.
- Invite parents and carers into the Burner parents Signal group.
- Be a point of contact for families before and during the event.
- Organise Family Camping.
- Set up the shared marquee in Family Camping, so families have a place to meet without needing to run a theme camp.
The best bit about this role
You help families find each other, and the marquee becomes a meeting place for parents and kids through the event.
You'll be great at this if you
- have been to a burn with children, or know what families need on site
- are friendly and happy to be the person families message with questions
- like setting up a relaxed shared space that anyone can drop into

Getting in touch with families in the run-up, answering questions, and planning Family Camping and the marquee.
During event
A point of contact for families on site, and looking after the Family Camping marquee.
